With all of this effect on the listeners...there comes responsablity as well. Because music leads the listeners down a selected path...and the good musician knows this and uses it in their music...that's why we 'cry' with a sad song etc....it's called 'entrainment' of the mind, that's what I call it when I'm in 'atonement' or one with the entertainer or performer.
But beware, if a performer's message...if YOU don't want their message in your life...don't listen to their music....because it will effect your life...it just kinda oozes in and becomes an acceptible and reasonable choice down the road for you. Advertisements are full of this too. Be alert and monitor what messages are being 'installed' in your brain...no one else can do this for YOU. Jan
